konsole4-kpart software package provides X terminal emulator - KPart plugin, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install konsole4-kpart
konsole4-kpart is installed in your system.
Make ensure the konsole4-kpart package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep konsole4-kpart *
You will get with konsole4-kpart package name, version, architecture and description in a table
